What is the current production time?

Once your order is placed, our current production time is 1-2 weeks. During busy times such as holiday time, Valentine's Day, & Mother's Day, production times can increase up to 3 weeks.

Do you do custom orders?

YES! We would love to work with you on a custom design. Please sent us an email through the Contact Us page for more information.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We take great care to ensure that all of our pieces are packaged perfectly for gifting. If any of your items are intended as a gift, please let us know at checkout and we will package them individually.

Alternatively, to minimize waste, we usually package multiple items together in a single jewelry box. As a special touch, we can include a small note card with your message.

Ps. We don't include a receipt in the packaging. Instead, we'll send it directly to the buyer's email for safekeeping.

Can I add a gift note to the order?

Of course! You can leave a note at checkout and we will handwrite it for you on a small notecard.

Will a receipt be included in my order?

No order information is included in the packaging. This means that if you're purchasing a gift for someone, they will only receive their gift, without any accompanying details about the order. However, we always send a receipt to the buyer via email, which you can forward to the recipient or provide them with the order number if necessary.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! Please reach out to us within 48 hours of your order. Within this timeline, you may exchange for a preferred style or store credit.

What materials do you use?

All of our pieces are made from high quality materials including gold-filled & sterling silver for our earrings, rings, & necklaces.

We use gold brass & silver aluminum as the base of our bracelets. The gemstones are wire-wrapped with gold plated & silver plated wire that is hypo-allergenic with NO nickel.

Semi-precious natural gemstones are used in all jewelry.

Does your jewelry contain any nickel?

We understand that nickel is a common allergen and our top priority is to ensure that our materials are of the highest quality and safe for our customers to wear. Rest assured that none of our pieces contain nickel.

What length should I order for a necklace?

Each necklace does come with a 2" extender chain handcrafted by Nancy.

Sizing Guide:

1. Choose where you want the necklace/pendant  to sit on your chest.

2. Take a string (ribbon, headphone or floss) and wrap it around your neck, holding it at the desired length.

3. Then take the string and measure against a ruler.

What size bracelet should I order?

If the bracelet offers sizing (S/M. M/L) please follow the instructions below to determine which size would work best.

Sizing Guide:

1. Take a string (ribbon, headphone, or floss) and wrap it around your wrist, holding it at the desired length.

2. Then take the string and measure against a ruler. That's it!

Measuring Tip:

Measure an existing bracelet from end to end with a ruler.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Here are some tips to help you care & store your jewelry properly:

  • After each wear, gently wipe make-up and skin oils off with a flannel or soft cloth.
  • Every few wears, rinse piece with like warm water, mild soap & gently dry with soft cloth.
  • Store your jewelry in a small ziplock bag or pouch to prevent tangling and oxidation.
  • Store your jewelry in a low-humidity environment to prevent tarnishing.
  • Remove jewelry before swimming, applying cosmetics, creams, sprays, and oils.
  • Give your piece a night off and remove before bed to avoid any pulls and tugs.

Please note that these tips apply mainly to gold filled, rose gold filed, and sterling silver jewelry.

What is your shipping policy?

We use USPS first class to ship all orders. There will be an option to expedite shipping for an additional cost.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns. Keep in mind that shipping time is not included in production time.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not offer shipping internationally.

What are your shipping delivery times?

These are all estimated times, and the production of orders is NOT included.

US shipping: 2-7 days

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing a hyperlinked tracking number. This will enable you to track your shipment and view the estimated delivery date. You can also login to your Melrie account order and tracking number information.

Can I return & exchange my order?

We want you to be happy with your order! Please contact us within 3 days of receiving for shipment so we can assist you with an exchange.

If there is a defect in the item you received, we will exchange the item & will send you a shipping label to return to us within 7 days.

Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping items back if it is for an exchange due to changing of mind.
